Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@jupitertrading.co.uk.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that photographic evidence of the issue may be required to process your claim quickly.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm:

  • That your return has been received, and
  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card provider).

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 7 working days:

  • First, check with your bank or card provider.
